The Stump is a landmark located in the far-east of the Upper Grasslands. It holds the Stump Lab Outpost as well as other Resources inside such as Wooden Splinters as well as being infested by Ticks and Wolf Spiders. I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious here, or if I might have an issue. My completed quests from the Koi pond did reset after an update yesterday, but the chip did not reappear and Burgl still has the upgrades from when I found the chip a couple days ago. I know I can just drop the quest, but don't want to miss out on the raw science.
