The paint store recommends a mixture of 1:1, but my painter is saying that mixture would make it too thin. The cost of the Nason was about $325 and the cost of the Chromabase was $510 for 1 gallon and a quart which made 2 1/2 gallons of paint and there is about 1 pint left over of reduced material. Yes, it was close, but I did make it. This is spraying both sides of the trunk and hood as well as the jambs.
