I just finished taking my Pre-NAPLEX and I thought I was pretty prepared after studying for 2 months on RxPrep and finishing every quiz in the 80% range. However after taking the Pre-Naplex I feel like I don't know anything. The test was extremely hard and I ended up guessing most of it. By the end I had a score of 69.

Rxprep is definitely helpful for studying for the naplex, but it’s not scaled at the end like the actual naplex. I was getting 50-70% on the quizzes and exams and I passed the naplex. Just took the NAPLEX. Did both RxPrep and Pre-NAPLEX (108 on pre-NAPLEX). I would say the math on the NAPLEX was a bit trickier than RxPrep so be careful.
