They usually try to go out of their way to help out. Not saying it did not happen I just find it out of character for them, unless you are someone they have had issues with in the past. I'd suggest Rhodan. However, the MK 87 should work just as well. The issues with MK seem to be with the auto-deploy version, which the 87 is not. Rhodan has great customer service, but they are in FL which could be an issue.
