So I'm trying stuff out on mayhem 10 and screwing around and decided to test out the Rough Rider shield and noticed I still had just under 30k shield. I'm assuming this is because I have 3/4 way down the Shield of Retribution tree and some things give me shield. Not actually checked but I'm guessing I've got shields if I've got no shield equipped.
