Yes pet cards and item cards stack. The hard part is knowing the difference if one gives more than one. I have a pet with 3 sharpen cards and my boots give 1 sharpen. They do stack but they also look exactly the same, so it's impossible to know if I'm casting a second same blade or stacking another.So a storm blade and elemental blade would give a storm wizard 65% increase damage on the spell (not counting sharpen blade). While Balance blade and blamestorm only gives 45% increase on all damage.
