UziiLVD • 9 mo. ago. I've seen a few good ones that I used as guidelines for my one and only DOMINATING run. They're out there, and if they work on DOMINATING, they'll work everywhere. I used Tac Vests primarily, but you can go Heavy Armor IF you get Sprint, as you'll need to position yourself a lot in fights if you want to use Shotguns well.

This is my personal custom build, my favorite of all that I've played. Win initiative, drug up, race up to enemy, stun/root/incap, expose weakness, flurry, move to next enemy or run away behind cover, stasis if necessary. Use blitz if you have the mp at the start of a fight, then you'll get your fancy footwork mp and can sprint.You're the best. I'm playing on 1.1.1.1 so guess that won't affect me. Both are good. Choose Psychosis if you want to max metathermics and Tranquility if you want to max thought control. Keep in mind though, that throwing skill pretty much works as a substitute for metathermics. Psi is still powerful enough as either tranquility or psychosis ...The build hasn't given me any trouble for the vanilla game. I'm at the instiute of tchort at that point. I did run into slight trouble at expedition because robots were tough with their resistances.

If you are playing under dominating though, go for tabi boots, full agility and evasion and dodge and stealth. Crit machetes work until they suddenly don't . Also crit energy machete is single target and an electrical machete for AOE works best. You need decent int for it though. The idea here is to, using metal gloves, abuse the combo feat mechanic stacking it with heavy punch and, if done properly, the pneumatic hammer damage boost.
