Well the basic loop requires you to find the fortify alchemy enchantment. Once you do that, put on the item then make a fortify enchanting potion. Drink it, then enchant more fortify alchemy gear. Repeat. The restoration loop takes that much farther. Any enchantments that fortify your skills are considered restoration spells.
