A word of advice though: the game loves to switch your active quest to whatever one you just picked up. So periodically, go into your log and check to make sure you're still following the main quest.You get the recipe for antimatter at the same time as the housing, so if you can craft the housing then you should be able to craft the antimatter. when you try to craft it in your inventory, make sure you can see everything possible to craft.
