If the former then dump a good chunk of it into HP, You don't HAVE to 125 HP + +5HP QQ + tallest for maximum health (even though doing so will give you 30k HP at max level) But you'll want a good chunk of HP, at least 26k. As far as QQ goes For a good Female Blaster Saiyan QQ, it used to be Beerus plus itself (-5/+5/+5/-5/-5/+5), and IMO it still is, just with a Super Mix Capsule Z thrown in. Male Saiyans are good strikers, Female Saiyans are the best natural ki blasters in the game (I think Freeza is better after golden, however). Because super saiyan tfs shoot ki regen in the foot, divinity unleashed is kind of a must for them. You'll spend a lot of time just punching stuff but, honestly, 125 basic attack is a bit excessive.

It really depends. If you spend your super soul on ki management, ssj3 is the best for strike. Since the most common ki management soul boosts ki skill damage still, blue/evolution is better than super vegeta. If you're not using ki management souls then evolution is the best for everything.
