There is a cove up towards blue ob on the left of the map on the beach (don't remember exact cords), it has a significant number of pearl spots. Beyond this you can use beaver dams to get some or just transfer to a map they're easier to get (crystal isles is a good one). Other methods would involve heading to the bottom of the ocean etc.
