To be fair I don't think the preserve is anywhere near as good as this for any other civ, I was pretty lucky to never be pressured, I was completely safe behind a mountain range, and I was behind in most areas until midgame. But yeah, once you start getting the National Parks out and your preserves finish this strategy becomes pretty OP lol
