Scaling for an int faith build will always be better on chaos/dark weapons and items. I don't know of any magic in elden ring that scales with both faith and int. Pyromancy is now part of incantations which are faith only. Starting class isn't really important, I wouldn't recommend a magic build if you want to do pvp.
