He is the dumpster for players and players dumpster dive him. Players will often use Fence to get items they don't have but want due to trader level.Fence Rep gain from Car extracts reset? That mean, as long, as you don´t get hit by a treacherous Scav, you have to die or run away, if you don´t want to lose the ++6.00 rep. As long as ypur rep. is below 6.00, than you only lose

Edit: My crazy idea with the overall rep is. First all traders need much more rep befor leveling them up, but you can gain rep for killing pmcs/scavs on specific maps for a trader. Fence rep only as a scav if you kill pmc/rouqes/exits.
