So I thought I had the applying instant portraits process down, but I still get the surprise default portrait at times. It's got me going in unsynced dungeons just to make sure they apply properly, but it's a hassle. Has anyone found an infalliable way to apply them correctly? I suppose it's not technically linked to class but it is linked the gearset, so when you're playing that class you're typically using the same gear-set anyway.
