During the active times of Bozja it took me about 2 Weeks for the first weapon, but i grinded it slowly so people could manage it in 1 Week. After the first weapon the time needed is severly reduced. If you have multiple classes at 80 you can hoard the quest on each step and farm some steps while doing the other.For the timeworn artifacts it's faster to find a good potd group. From floor 51-100 you have like a 20% chance to find one artifact per 10 floors. 101-150 is like somewhere above 50% for one artifact per 10 floors.
