On the server, hardware encoding allows you to encode video using this hardware, which allows you to encode more video/run the server with a weaker CPU. This takes one up from 4-cores to 6-cores, upgrade from UHD Graphics 630 to 730 Intel iGPU,and remaining at the same 65W TDP.
