Bronze. Seriously just go get a dragon defender. Just grind out the dragon defender, the other one are irrelevant unless defence levels are an issue. Rune has the same strength bonus i believe but has all the +attack rating too. Dragon gives str bonus + the huge attack rating. If you're doing defenders though seriously just get dragon.
