I have a selection of 48", 60" and 24" pipes and just swap out the clamp fittings depending on the project. However, pipe clamps also have their downsides, namely the small jaws. Their bar clamps are great value. I've been meaning to get some nice Jet or Bessey parallel clamps, but the harbor freight ones have been holding their own.
