I'm having this exact same issue, and it's not just with Origins, it's with all the DLC maps. My copy of bo2 is from steam but I torrented all the DLCs. TranZit text and voicelines work fine but none of the DLCs do. Is this an issue with the DLC torrent file? I'm experiencing the same problem across all DLC maps in BO2, not just Origins.

Place DLC pkg file onto my desktop. Transfer over pkg file to the pkg folder inside hdd0 on my PS3. Copy exData to the exData folder from my pc to PS3. Install packages on multiman to PS3 to storage device. Return to XMB and go to install from storage device and install the dlc. Return to BO2 and see no DLC is present.
