Claims turnover is extremely high. Job is remote, salary is 5600 short in my region to be considered fair. Supervisors are a mixed bag, some are excellent and supportive, others will leave new reps hanging on complex issues. Creates a long turn around phase on all work. Counter intuitive, first 3 weeks of training is worthless.
I'm bout to hit 2 years with progressive and I have 3 years with geico as a auto damage adjuster. The trainee /Generalist role you will be is going to be a big learning curve at first. Time management and claim workload management is key, it takes most adjusters approx 6-9 months before they master their diaries.
