We are struggling to fix and issue with the 3cx CRM method at the moment as 3cx struggles to handle the length of our Auth tokens. We hope there will be a solution available.You’ll either need a vpn tunnel (extra azure cost), an sbc, or stun compatible phones. If you’re doing on prem and switching to stun, you’ll need to reprovision the phones with stun and make sure you allow the use of extensions outside of the pbx lan.
