The Remington 710 is probably not the best gun for what you said. Their made to be disposable. The barrels are pressed in, not threaded. So no swapping barrels. The recievers used to have a teflon impregnated sleeve, but Remington did away with that due to too many problems. The .300 win mag is also the wrong cartridge for that gun.
