Human racial is awesome for leveling, especially in a PvP server. DPS is perfectly good too blast through levels. To me, this could have made the servers at least more balanced when involving the factions on the servers. And those majority faction players would be in a queue till the other faction reached a thresh hold to allow more players of that faction to play but would still need a queue for the other faction to be able to play.
