The blood ammy is gr8 for mid bossing! It CAN be used for high tier, but the souls does a bit more damage and gets you that 10% bonus blockage on protection prayers. This is gr8 at rax as you dont soul split a lot. But most other high tier bosses will benefit more from a reaper necklace for its accuracy bonus.
