Enchanted sword drops are not predetermined. The item you get is decided only when breaking the the shrine object. Whenever you break it there's a 1/3 chance that it drops. IIRC that's only with arkhalises and enchantes swords. If you get a sword or not is predetermined by worldgen.The enchanted sword was in on 1.2.4 but the arkhalis n shrine are 1.3+ that's why I'm curious if it existed really on console or how much of a pain it is.
