Question is are you making a sugarhead wash or actually mashing the corn? If you are doing a sugarhead wash. There isn't really a need for yeast in every ferment. If you follow the UJSSM recipe. You can keep using the same yeast for many generations. Can be adapted to many other recipes too. Including a AG corn mash. If done proper.
