An actual one click Modpack doesnt extist(at least not openly i guess), there is Wabbajack which is a automatic tool for downloading modlist and that still required you to have some knowledge on modding to set up. There is 4-5 list for FO4 in Wabbajack right now. Also, Nexus Collection whcih is the same thing but for Vortex mod manager, I think.
