Transfer your Sandworn Relics to your alts and then trade those relics using your alt to get more gear. If done correctly, you can get up to 246 Gear. However, you can also use the Sandworn Relics and turn them into tier set pieces. The decision is up to you. If trading isn't your thing, then no problem.
