I only use the firing range for recoil practice as I think Kovaaks or Aim Labs can help you better with general flicking/tracking. But what I do is set the bots to stand still and to spawn on the "far" range for AR's and then I change to midrange to practice recoil on SMG's. I get 20 kills on a gun then move on to the next.
