I ripped out my Dexcom walking out my front door. Didn't even realize I'd hit the door frame until later when I'd gone to the bathroom & saw it hanging from my arm. I never knew I could call for a replacement though. It's just as well I was on my last day of that one anyways. I've often caught my infusion set on the kitchen table though.
