As a disc priest i got this trinket in Ulduar. The trinket is really great and really easy to keep stacked to 5 times. If the buff falls off dont rush to reapply it. Reason it fell off is bc the fights arent quick enough in trash or the maintank isn't taking much damage then the large amount of spell power isn't really needed.
