None of the starting 6 are "pure support" like in Gloomhaven. Instead every starting class has a little bit of healing built in. So supporting is more a matter of deciding to use your handful of healing cards. I'd say the Boneshaper has been our biggest healer oddly enough. Any class combo is fine.
