Seems like the power outage would put all the exams taken in 'hold' status and that is the message you got, not a 'good pop up'.

My understanding is it is at first graded by the computer and within a certain time period it is graded by a live person. If you do it too soon you can “fail” and have to pay the registration fee again. I did this trick six years ago because I couldn’t wait and I passed. I did this trick for both the LVN (8 years ago) and RN (6 years ago).
