There is alot that could be done with an AI Voice of Serana and that mod does not do it. To do it right, you would have to set down and read all of Serana's lines to get a feel of the kind of character she is. Then you need to try and recreate the writting style of her dialogue and interaction with the player.

In Serana's leveling script they actually remove her drain spells correctly but since her lowest drain spell is a base spell, RemoveSpell function does not remove that spell. This mod removes drain02 from her base spells and adds it through her leveling script. Serana Uses her vampiric drain even after getting cured. This should fix the issue.
If Harkon is dead and you got Serana to cure herself there is no way to become a vampire lord. You should still be able to go back to the soul cairn. Curing yourself of lycanthropy will give you the possibility of getting infected and becoming a regular vampire, without the lord powers. I'm not sure if doing that would allow you access to the ...
