This worked for me, at least. 1). Open Skyrim into its launcher and go into graphics settings and turn all the Anti-aliasing and occlusion off, etc. 2). Go into Nvidia Control Panel, "Adjust Image Setting with Preview" 3). Select "Let the 3D application decide". 4). Then go into "Manage 3D Settings". 5). "Program Settings" tab, click on drop-down box and select Skyrim (tesv.exe) 6).

Easiest method, extract your ENB again and drop it in your install folder and replace conflicts, (this will select everything related to the enb) and hit delete.
