The Voidgloom Seraph is a Slayer boss, that will be spawned after the required combat experience is acquired from an Enderman Slayer Quest. Defeating a Voidgloom Seraph is the only way to obtain Enderman Slayer XP. Voidgloom Seraphim have unique abilities that they use during battle. Before the boss spawns summon your necromancy souls. To do this just swap to a mana set and the hold your Atomsplit, then quickly switch to ring and summon. Also the strategy I use to heal is use atonement, switch to Atomsplit.
