It is currently very rare, making it a highly valuable object to have. Not that I'm against it (MASSIVE PLAT!!) The same reward on sorties, but it will require 10 special rare stars (one per fusion rank). Sounds unfair, but if its left alone in treasury and fully enhanced by 10 stars it will generate 10 endo per hour (multiple cores effect is stackable). Legendary cores got for 110+ plat rn. If you want at then you might as well sell it. As for ranking up mods, you could grind the endo and the credits.
