Starting the output failed. I've used OBS Studio many many many times. But suddenly, when I am trying to record I get the notification with the famous "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

If this doesn't fix the issue, I have another solution because that happened to me. Go to the NVIDIA website and download the driver straight from there. Then install the driver through the setup that came with the download. This worked for me, and I am glad I found this because all it said when it wasn't working was "Driver installation failed".
