I had a homeless person passed out in our grass at my last place I lived, we tried to wake them by honking our horn (we were leaving when we saw them). Ended up calling 911 since they didn’t move at all. They only sent out EMS and no cops, they woke them up and checked them out and no trouble for them. Best to just make sure they’re ok.
