In vanilla a 90% M16 only has a 50% chance of getting through a magazine without jamming. Now guns only begin to jam at 75% or 70%. They also start to jam more than vanilla guns do at 25% or 20%. Basically high condition guns jam less (or not at all) and low condition guns jam more often. Manually cycled guns can jam now.
