Thing about Elite ships is that larger ships aren't necesaarily better in everything. So given that, here is my list: endgame medium PVP ship (Fer de Lance, Chieftain). endgame trading ship (Imperial Cutter) endgame PvE combat ship (Federal Corvette) endgame exploration ship (Anaconda), purely for max utility, defense and largest jump range.
