I think its a seasonal thing tho..however cant hurt to keep a eye on it just don't over fill it. Fill until you see the boot start to push back. If your carbon seal leaks and you don't want to replace it or its just the bellows the manual states you can use a big o ring/ Spacer to shim the bellows forward just a FYI.
