Skyrim best lighting mod.
Relighting Skyrim is a must-have mod, no matter what lighting overhaul you use; at the very least, light sources should be lit up, and there should not be random lights floating around without sources. As for the choice of Luminosity vs. ELE, that's down to personal taste; lately I prefer Luminosity, but I've used ELE extensively in the past.

Here is a comparison of a few lighting mod combos that seem to be in right now. I have taken photos at 3 representative spots with the following mods: ELFX+Window Shadows RT+Patch ELE+Relighting SKyrim+Window Shadows RT Lux I use the Rudy's ENB for Obsidian Weathers with Nolvus Reshade. My opinions: I liked LUX the best inside lit areas. Elfx is probably the best one, but I haven't used both mod since last year. I personally use relighting skyrim and ele, with purity handling my weather. That combination runs lighter as purity Al's handles waters, waterfalls and other mods. NAT 3.0 is the best ENB weather IMO. Azurite Weathers is great too, but as far as I know it isn't finished and it doesn't have a ton of ENBs compatible with it yet. Cathedral Weathers is another popular one, but I found it was too intense for my liking. Many of the weather conditions reduce your visibility to zero.

It's actually included immersive armors. But I really love using it in conjunction with cloaks of skyrim and hdt smp. I use the Crimson Archer Cuirass, anything else on my hands and feet, a crimson hide cloak (or crimson cape) and voila.

It's the best one out there and not only does it make weather feel real and varied, it adds true HDR so that even in the dark, you won't miss details, unlike some mods which simply alter brightness and make night time silly and pitch black even though the stars and moons are out.
