So I've completed the Blindsighted quest for the Thieves Guild a while ago and ever since I have Karliah and Brynjolf will not stop following me and every time I try and talk to them they're stuck with the dialogue that they use when you have to escape the cave after you kill Mercer; "Lets get out of here before we end up like Mercer!"
