I recently got the Spiked Caestus and absolutely love it! The Endure AoW is fun to use but I'm wondering if it's better to go with the base Caestus and build STR/DEX. Go with Heavy and stack Strength. Go with Sharp and stack DEX. Or go with Arcane and stack bleed? Anyone mind providing any tips?

Well, if it was me, I'd go for Occult Spiked Caestus. At 80 ARC, they'll hit nearly as hard as 80STR Heavy Iron Balls. And also have 88 bleed build-up. Occult Star Fists hit a little harder than the caesti, but only get 78 bleed due to lower ARC scaling. Going bloody on either of them will end up being a serious damage hit for only 20-30 more ...
