If you want more Skeleton keys, you have to craft them. The Steps of Torment and Bastion of Chaos are roguelike dungeons, they are different from the rest of the dungeons in the game. You cannot leave them once entered, and if you die, you cannot go back in unless you have another Skeleton key. #7.

I cant drop strange key, around 40 tries already and nothing, I suppose I have to delete my character and start again, not killing the dude who can give me the key, but how am I suppose to know that before?
