Crips did kill 2pac but that's probably not the reason. I think there's just a lot more blood sets than crip sets these days. Crips tend to move more quietly than bloods as well. Snoop, ScHool Boy Q, and MC Eiht are the only crip rappers that I can think of off the top of my head and they don't really rep their sets publicly.
