Colossus Boulevard entrance is in the shopping district. You open it by completing the three streets quests and I believe the quest that tells you about Nightside. Anyways, Colossus Boulevard opens right before you go to Kroktopia, but you must see Merle Ambrose to get the letter to show the guard before he lets you in.Best place for frost flowers and grendelweed. At least 2 actual plants spawn there and there's almost always a silver chest with a chance that of having nectar in it occasionally.
