When you enter the RV Interior the game just places you in an area outside the map. So your technically in a building that has water collectors on the entire roof. So if it runs out and it hasn't rained for some time you can move the sink to any other tile inside the RV and you will access the other barrels. This is correct. Plumbing rain barrels into sinks automatically makes the water safe to drink, no boiling required. As of right now i have 4 playthroughs with barrels connected to sinks and have not received food poisonings. When rain barrels are plumbed to sinks, the sinks remove the tainted water condition.Best. Most likely it's because the bottom room doesn't count as a room, making it think it's outdoors. Sinks can only be plumbed indoors.
